Ep. 2: Johnny's Spirit Misbehaves as Shop Rankings and Leadership Contests Begin

Before work begins, Johnny's Sweets Spirit Maize causes a disturbance due to etiquette issues. Kashino, Lemon, and Ichigo discover that Koshiro-san and Johnny are cousins. Henri-sensei announces that the first shops on street one will open within the week, featuring owners from different countries to allow various sweets to surface. Surprisingly, the Japanese sweet shop is run by Andou, with Kana and her friends serving as waitresses. The shops will be ranked based on popularity and sales, with the least well-received shop closing to be replaced by a new one in a continuing cycle. To determine the group leader, the four decide to host a contest.
