Yukami Makoto is a high school student who enjoys visiting hot springs. On his 100th visit, he arrives at Miyama-kan, an inn managed by four female staff members named Tokura, Akino, Tsutsuji, and Mitomo. While there, he encounters Yuri, a deity associated with the hot springs, and accidentally takes over her abilities. As a result, Makoto begins working at the inn.
