Finn grew up in a garbage-dumped slum. His brother gave him an older Deco model, easier for Finn to handle due to his Deco-Sickness. Finn used this device to discover that local purification systems were broken. He believed this malfunction caused his home's pollution. He then used the Deco to request repairs from the customer center. However, because Finn is not a registered citizen, his login was flagged as illegal. Consequently, his request for help was ignored and never answered.
