A Universal Peace Corps member from Planet Radion arrives on Earth to assess the planet's suitability for the Galactic Union of Worlds and to support its people during his time there. Taking on the identity of a local boy named Bobby, he forms a team with allies who join him in fighting against various threats, both from beyond Earth and from within.
