Ep. 16: Van helps an Imperial soldier in New Helic City while an iceberg approaches the city.

Irvine, Moonbay, Fiona, Van, and Zeke watch a parade in New Helic City. Van and Zeke help an Imperial soldier escape Republican harassment, causing the soldier to drop a photo. After Van informs the group, Republican guards arrive and accuse him of espionage. Irvine rescues them with a smoke bomb, but their jeep is disabled. A man in a frog mask, revealed to be Dr. D, leads them through sewers to an ancient ruins institute. They find a stone pillar, but Fiona suffers a headache. Republican soldiers capture them, but the President, Camford, releases them after recognizing Dr. D. The Imperial soldier steals a Command Wolf and attacks Republic Zoids. Van confronts the terrified soldier, who flees. Meanwhile, Hermann investigates an iceberg with Pteras units, only to be shot down by missiles launched from an Imperial submarine commanded by Prozen.
