Ep. 9: Thieves target Liger Zero in Blue City while RD faces suspicion

Thieves arrive in Blue City with the goal of stealing the Liger Zero. RD and Matt attempt to assist the Peace Keeping Bureau in stopping these criminals. Meanwhile, RD is suspected of involvement in the theft. Additionally, Ciao is being deceived by the antagonists. The situation creates a complex challenge for the protagonists as they work to prevent the theft and clear RD's name while dealing with the deception affecting Ciao.
