Akira Nishio

Akira Nishio is the twin brother of Rina Nishio. In contrast with his twin sister, Akira is calm and gentle but can be somewhat impulsive too. Although he appears in Dead Aggressor, he doesn't have any lines as he lost his ability to speak after the death of his parents.

In Heaven and Earth, he pilots the Zero Fafner alongside Rina, the unit that caused their parents when they test piloted it. In Exodus, his unit is Mark Zehn (X). He also seems to have developed a crush in Maya.
