Azucena

Azucena is Lady Irene’s personal assistant and head of the maids in Irene’s entourage. Overprotective to the point of rambling, Azucena is suspicious of Arte at first, so much she confused the name of Arte’s correspondent, Catarina, for her mistress’ true identity, Catalina of Castile while Arte struck a conversation with Darcia. When she confronts Arte about this incident after threatening her with a dagger in an alley, she accidentally hints at Lady Irene’s true identity.

Despite being suspicious of Arte’s motives at first, she eventually comes to take a liking to Arte just like her Lady Irene has.
