A man who becomes the new Keyman to the public following the first Keyman's demise. In addition to the superhuman strength that allows him to lift cars, the ability to fly, and his impenetrable skin, he can also emit mysterious rays from his eyes and reattach severed arms. He's also much more ruthless, never hesitating to frame Alex, cause the deaths of innocent civilians, and obey all of Frank's commands.
