Douji Kodama is a member of Neon Island's only japanese mafia organization and security agent for the Onsen Hotel. An ex-marine from same assignment as Kiyoshi Kira. He's endowed with spectacular strength and particularly nimble hands. He has a tendency to push the envelope, and even his associate is sometimes taken aback by his behavior.
