A demon lord that rules over Hell. Despite his occupation, Eugene also ascends to the human world, referring to it as a secret oasis, to be a regular human. While in the human world, he calls himself, "Yuuji." He enjoys it when people don't overly respect him and see him as a normal, equal person.
