Flare Futatsuki

Flare is the older of the Futatsuki twins, students at the prestigious Seikou Girls' Academy. She is more confident and reliable than her younger twin sister, whose requests she often ends up indulging. She is a member of the archery club, and although she is poor during practice, she excels during competitions.
