Kishishiki Zerozaki

One of the Three Heavenly Zerozaki Kings. Hitoshiki calls him "General". He is described as a "proper" cutthroat murderer (unlike Soushiki Zerozaki), and does everything he needs for the sake of the family. He enjoys browsing the internet.

He was formerly a part of Tomo Kunagisa's cyberterrorist group, Team, under the name Kishiki Shikigishi.
