Kurumi Komatsuzaki

Kurumi Komatsuzaki is the manager of the CDV rental store. A cool and collected woman, her harsh, serious and severe attitude, coupled with her experience in martial arts, makes her a source of fear for her employees, though she is also fair, valuing rules above all and rewarding those who follow them. She appears to have a soft spot for the top employees, Tokuma and Shingo.

Though Tokuma initially suspects the mysterious beauty, Miruku, to be Kurumi herself, it is later revealed that Miruku is actually Kurumi's younger twin sister, with whom she has a very bad relationship, calling her a "prostitute" and refusing to talk about her at all.
