Hina's guardian and the person who Hina trusts the most. He is actually one of the king of Shidou's two hundred sons and daughters, and was appointed as Hina's guardian after his mother -one of the king's concubines- passed away. His mother was the only person dear to him at Shidou's inner palace, where he felt an outcast after she died. He never met his father, the king.
