Mitoshi Nowa

Nowa Mitoshi is the Referee #1 of Kakerou. He is also one of the Leader's Attendants.

He is always seen in a very intricately-made motorized wheelchair. Nowa is a ruthless man, though he has a soft spot for his family. He judges the value of people with yen.

Although he is always seen in a wheelchair, Nowa possesses the ability to use his legs. Nowa hides the fact that his legs work to everyone, even those closest to him. He can shoot needles from his mouth.
