Ran Hokkyokusei

A transfer student that now attends the middle school Nadeko attends. Ran is also the heir of the Hokkyoku Financial Company.

Ran has a crush on Nadeko, calling her, "little kitten." He wishes to be a couple with Nadeko. He's a bit of a bad boy, using a motorcycle to get around, while speeding.
