A brilliant and strong Cybertron/Maximal technician, responsible for bringing Airazor online. His alternate mode is a rhino.
During the events of <i>Beast Wars Returns</i> (also known as <i>Beast Machines</i> outside of Japan), his Spark is repurposed into the Vehicon General Tankor, whose alternate mode is a Cybertronian tank. In a nod to this event, the <i>Legends</i> manga has him turn into Tankor thanks to his strong wish to turn into a cool robot, equipped with a beam capable of turning everything into its 80s counterpart, for example giving Ai a set of bikini armor.
