Rinko Kuse

Daughter of the Director at the "Laugh Institute" and a childhood friend of Sumihara. Which she met at her Elementary School. She is a member of the high school's Student Council and also joined the Handcraft Club. But is rarely seen doing the club's activity because of her Council's stuff. She is known to have feelings towards Sumihara.

She lost her memory because of falling from the stairs at a train station while escaping Yukari, a "Smile" who appeared at the area.
