Ryuusei Shidou is a contender in the Blue Lock Project. He was ranked #2 during the Third Selection and was initially chosen as the wildcard for the Blue Lock Eleven in their match against Japan’s U-20 team, but was instead selected by Itoshi Sae to play for the U-20 side. He later stood out as one of the top players in the project. During the Neo Egoist League, he played as a center forward for France’s Paris X Gen. Following the conclusion of the 5th round, he was ranked 3rd overall and qualified as one of the 23 players for the new Japan U-20 team.
