Myeong-Ji's best friend, and the only person who talks to her at school.
Seon-Ju is a wielder of time powers, with her ability Slow Playback allowing her to slow down time. She attempts to kill Myeong-Ji in order to steal her Fast Forward powers, but is stopped by Yeong-Ho, who kills Seon-Ju and takes her powers.
