Serina Megasawa

Serina is a cop who is very persistent at her job. The burglar never managed to escape her stalker-like chase. She is a no-nonsense type of character; she'll even arrest her own relative with zero emotion. She is the owner of one of the mahou shoujo ribbons made by the Mad Scientist. Hagane is her older sister, and the Tax Agency Inspector is her younger sister.
