Takami Toichi

Atsuki's classmate, they met at the high school entrance exam results when Atsuki congratulates him on passing. He develops a great deal of affection for her, explaining that, because of recent family problems, she was the only one to congratulate him. Atsuki later discovers that the family problem in question was the death of Takami's elder brother, Kai, who had been Atsuki's boyfriend. Because she had not been informed of his death or the brothers' relationship, the revelation puts some distance between her and Takami. However, they come to terms with their own feelings and eventually confess their mutual love.
