Azumi's kouhai and boyfriend. Cherishes her greatly and often helps her with her duties as the wind ensemble's president.

Becomes the wind ensemble's president in his second year, taking over Azumi's duties.

It is implied that Anna in Bocchi na Bokura no Renai Jijou is in fact the daughter of Youhei and Azumi.
