Tetsuya Nakanishi works as a trapeze artist in a Hawaiian circus. He took up boxing after being noticed by former boxer Jimmy Smith. Tetsuya has won numerous matches using a unique punch called the "cross-shaped triple strike," a technique he learned from his father, a well-known Zero pilot. After claiming a championship title in New York, he returned to Japan with Jimmy Smith, Smith's daughter Marie, and his close friend Sanpei to pursue success in the Japanese boxing scene.
