Sakura is a second-year high school student living in a coastal town that feels both complete and lacking. She dreams of a more vibrant and carefree high school experience, but finds reality far less exciting. Her routine changes when she meets Ao-kun, a first-year with a cheerful attitude. His presence brings new energy to her daily life. The story explores their relationship as a contrast between his optimism and her pessimism.
