A florist and a liquor store owner marry, making Chiaki and Mine stepbrothers. Mine, despite working in the alcohol industry, has a low tolerance and becomes drunk easily. The story explores how Chiaki uses Mine's frequent intoxication. Two additional side stories, Rule Sono Ichi, are included.
