Penguin is a quiet child with exceptional long-range shooting skills, Washi carries a large gatling gun permanently attached to his shoulder, Suzume uses dual pistols, and Tsubame himself relies on heavy rifles and martial arts. They share control through a mechanical arm that allows each to take over. The origins of Tsubame and the nature of the arm remain unclear, prompting questions about how the four came to be connected in this way.
