A Bi Jian

He Wu-sheng is the illegitimate son who sees his father killed by Shi Fei-hong, a practitioner of the A Bi sword style. Seeking revenge, he trains in the same technique, but his body suffers as his qi and blood flow in reverse. He later encounters the ninth emissary of Avici Hell reborn in flames. Through his martial arts journey, he begins to witness manifestations of greed, ignorance, attachment, and anger. These experiences lead him to consider that Avici Hell, the deepest of the eight hot hells, may actually be the human world.
