Mitsumine High School is recognized for having the highest number of juvenile delinquents in the country. The environment is so dangerous that teachers fear for their safety. Sunahara, a first-year student, is considered the strongest in his class and holds a leadership role among his peers. The arrival of a new transfer student named Asagiri Shinnosuke disrupts the existing hierarchy. Asagiri quickly begins challenging others and causing chaos. The already intense and unpredictable atmosphere at the school becomes even more volatile with his presence. His goal is to claim the title of the school's champion.
