Abel to Makai no Ou

A prince who is second in line for the throne is disliked by his father and elder sibling despite public favor, because of a unique mark on his neck. His older brother, who resents the prospect of ascending the throne, encounters a demon-like being that proposes to fulfill any desire in return for help.
