In a futuristic Tokyo, genetic abnormalities have led to societal collapse. Fraud, a powerful organization, experiments on individuals like Kei and Ai, two escaped headmeters with strong psychokinetic abilities. Mr. Lee seeks to reclaim Ai, believing she possesses significant power. Kei aims to protect her, while the antagonist Lai Lo Ching pursues his own agenda. With the aid of K2, an amnesiac headmeter, and a loyal companion, Kei faces threats from Mr. Lee, Lai Lo Ching, and the deteriorating world around them.
