A group of assassins aims to kill Honeko Akabane. Arakuni Ibuki, her childhood friend and classmate in Class 3-4 at Sosoji High School, is tasked with protecting her for a year without her knowledge. His mission is to ensure she graduates safely while hiding his role as her bodyguard. As he begins this covert duty, he discovers that Class 3-4 may hold more hidden truths than he expected. The story blends action and comedy as Ibuki navigates school life while fulfilling his assignment.
