Akai Kiba: Blue Sonnet

In 1980 East Harlem, a 16-year-old girl named Sonnet Barge possesses an unknown power that causes strange incidents, leading to her isolation and a life of prostitution. A clandestine group called Talon, seeking global domination, becomes interested in her abilities. This draws her into a conflict with Ran, the heir to a lineage of ancient superhumans. The series includes three additional chapters and four one-shots published in various Hana to Yume volumes and special editions between 1982 and 1987.
