Akatsuki no Ageha

A string of murders involving young women leaves law enforcement confused. Detective Kudou is introduced to a girl by a mutual acquaintance, but he recognizes her from the site of one of the killings. Despite her appearance as an ordinary child, she is revealed to be a vampire.
