Akihabara∧Denpatou

A young man named Takahashi, having failed his university entrance exam for the second time, is expelled from his family home and moves into an apartment in Akihabara's radio tower, arranged by his yakuza uncle. He encounters a manga artist girl who lives on the top floor and claims to be a "hero from another world." Takahashi is tasked by his uncle with uncovering the secret behind the tower's residents, who all appear to be nearly demented. He begins his new life with little to no common sense.
