Akihiko Kaku Katariki

A middle-aged woman named Tatsuko is killed when struck by a taxi that goes out of control. Before passing on, she is given the chance to live again for seven days by inhabiting the body of Akihiko, a high school girl who was also involved in the accident but survived.
