Akira Sensei wa Dare ni mo Ienai

A high school teacher named Ichinose Akira is about to get married but keeps a personal secret. She has never been in a romantic relationship. She reconnects with Kyou, a childhood friend who used to pretend to be a doctor during their playtime. Now a real doctor, he coincidentally ends up examining her and takes the opportunity to get back at her for past pranks.
