Aku naki Yoku no Sacrament

Kensaku Serusumi is a part-time worker and unmotivated employee at a small ability trading business in Saitama. Initially skeptical about the legitimacy of the job, he remains due to the interesting nature of the people involved. Psychic abilities, known as supernatural powers or secret rites, emerge from strong desires and are temporary in nature. These abilities are not uncommon, but not easily acquired. A market exists for trading them, connecting those who wish to sell with those who want to buy. The company Kensaku works for, Hishoku Shokai, operates from an old building and employs only the manager and him. Despite its small size, they work hard with hopes of future growth. Kensaku considers going out to find someone who possesses an ability to help their ineffective manager.
