Yukimura Rina, exhausted from repeated overtime work, returns home and passes out after playing an otome game. She awakens as Ekaterina, the villainess from the game, in a new reality. Adjusting to this change, she is comforted by Alexei, her kind and responsible older brother. However, if the game's original plot unfolds, both she and Alexei face dire consequences.
