Alessa, driven by revenge after losing her family and home to rebels, is stabbed while capturing their leader, Empress Fleria. She awakens ten years earlier, on the day her master, Zekibel, was killed. Ratsin’s will compels her to alter the past—to save Zekibel and defeat the rebels. However, she begins hearing Fleria’s voice in her mind, who praises her and claims to be her biggest fan. Alessa discovers she and Fleria can hear each other’s thoughts. Both are time regressors, and their connection seems tied to Fleria. The nature of her allegiance remains unclear. Together, they work to change the past and secure the future.
