Ame to Hare no Kaze no Tabi

A boy named Sunny has the unusual power to ensure sunny weather wherever he goes. During his travels, he meets a girl named Raine, who possesses the opposite ability. Together with their cat, Polkadot, they set out on a journey to locate the floating island known as Final Rest and bring back a special sapling. Their adventure may also lead them to a place where they feel they truly belong.
