A high school student regularly serves his seemingly perfect sister, concealing his unusual ability to bring his delusions into reality. He uses this power to create a version of his sister to cope with the stress she causes him. After years of keeping this hidden, he is confronted by a new student who brandishes a knife and accuses him of being a delusioner, declaring that those who are "awake" will eliminate people like him.
