Ino Mamako is a 32-year-old English teacher at Ryuuzan High School who feels unfulfilled in her job and wants to make a change. She meets Ebisawa Yasuo, a professional who helps people transition to new careers. After evaluating her situation, Yasuo suggests that she could become an occupational change agent.
