At a school called Virgin Mary Girls Academy, Itsumi Shiraishi, the daughter of the principal, died under unclear circumstances, holding a lily in her hand. Theories about her death—accidental, self-inflicted, or intentional—remain unresolved. Whispers suggest the literature club, which she led, might be connected to her death. As the club's new leader, Sayuri Sumikawa, continues the tradition of sharing written short stories. During one meeting, the five members read stories centered on the theme of Itsumi's death, each hoping to uncover the truth behind her demise.
