Six former classmates reunite at a high school gathering: Tamaki, a legal secretary; Takumi, a businessman; Yuka, a single mother; Taichi, a shoe salesman; Shoji, a tech CEO; and Moé, a teacher. As they talk about past loves, Yuka reveals she once lied to prevent Tamaki and Takumi from becoming a couple. After a night of drinking and memories, Tamaki wakes up ten years earlier, on the start of that summer. She soon discovers Takumi has also traveled back in time. Both receive an unknown text message. The summer that changed their lives is repeating, but whether the past can be altered remains uncertain.
