A boy named Saegusa Seiichi encounters a girl named Usagi Setsuna after she jumps from a building, briefly revealing wings on her back. He later discovers he can see floating infinite numbers. His younger sister, Manaka, is kidnapped, and he begins searching for her. This leads to the start of a story involving the abilities of numbers.
