Rachel Carradine, the daughter of a jazz musician, is drawn to the saxophone playing of Blackie Madigan, whose music evokes both passion and danger. Though she has left behind the unpredictable life of a musician, Blackie's music stirs something within her. Unaware that Blackie is actually Blackstone J.
