A student named Yokosuka Hiroto experiences an unknown phenomenon called "Syndrome" after enrolling at Wazuki High School, causing his time to be reset by three years. Lacking knowledge of how this occurred or who is responsible, Hiroto is left with only vague memories. His objective becomes turning these three years into the most rewarding high school experience possible.
