Aoi Hitomi no Bake Mono

Tatsumi Kodama was born with blue eyes, a hereditary feature that allows him to see the thoughts of anyone he makes eye contact with. This ability is shared by other members of his family, who live in isolation on an island. Kei Arima, an adopted caretaker for the Kodama family, is a childhood friend of Tatsumi. Kei has feelings for Tatsumi, but Tatsumi avoids acknowledging them. The weight of his inherited power makes it difficult for Tatsumi to maintain close relationships, and as he withdraws from Kei, their connection weakens. The question remains whether Tatsumi will ever be able to look into Kei's eyes again.
